Alliance Leisure and TA6 are thrilled to announce that, following an assessment process, we have been awarded Investors in People’s We invest in people, silver accreditation. Silver is a fantastic achievement and something only 20% of the organisations we assess achieve. This accreditation means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means that our people and leaders are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency, and everyone in the organisation feels the effects. We received some truly outstanding scores and results, including a first ever instance of a full 100% of staff answering that they trust the leaders of their organisation.
Responding to the achievement Sarah Watts, CEO for Alliance Leisure, commented, “We are immensely proud to be recognised by Investors in People for ensuring that Alliance and TA6 are enjoyable and rewarding places to work. We were particularly delighted to see that many Team members described the company as being like an extended family, with the Alliance core values embedded in the Team DNA. We are committed to maintaining this and improving the experience and opportunities for our Team even further.”
Paul Devoy, CEO, Investors in People added, “We'd like to congratulate Alliance Leisure and TA6. Silver accreditation on We invest in people is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places Alliance Leisure and TA6 in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
And in other news, some of the team from TA6 managed to get out and about last month attending MADfest London. With a line-up of speakers from companies such as Cadbury’s, Amazon, Facebook, KFC, Boots, Snap Inc., FitBit and Burger King we’ve shared our top ten takeaways from the event here.
