Business Management Solutions by Fisikal

Looking for a means of managing facility and activity capacity restrictions as well as stay connected with members even when they are not visiting your facility? Fisikal can help.

The Fisikal business management solution helps operators to apply and manage Covid-19 imposed capacity restrictions via an advanced online booking system. Total facility capacity and individual activities can be managed through the setting of maximum booking numbers with automated alerts applied to inform when near and total capacity is reached. Individual booking periods e.g. slots available 5 days in advance, can also be set to give everyone an equal chance of booking whilst specific membership types can also be assigned ‘booking ‘privileges’.

Fisikal’s unique ‘room mapping’ technology creates a ‘map’ of equipment positioned in a studio to show the application of social distancing. Members are then able to remotely book the exact piece of equipment they wish to occupy via the app.

To complement in-club activities such as group exercise, Fisikal offers integrated live streaming, enabling members to enjoy their favourite classes with familiar instructors even if they are unable or unwilling to visit the facility. In addition, there is a provision to host an unlimited library of on-demand classes plus pre-programmed and bespoke workouts.
