Join us at the physical activity facilities forum virtual Scotland

 

Following the triumph of the physical activity facilities (paf) forum in England, we are delighted to launch paf Scotland on our virtual platform on the mornings of 17th & 18th March, a forum for those involved in the design, build, management and supply of sports, play, recreation and leisure facilities in the Scottish sector. 

Scotland currently has approximately 13,000 clubs with 900,000 members The Scottish Government’s Delivery Plan for Physical Activity and Sport has the ambition to cut physical inactivity by 15 per cent across Scotland by 2030 Government has pledged to protect and improve the quality and capacity of playing fields and pitches as part of the statutory planning process Speakers in our seminar programme addressing these issues include:

1.      David Ferguson – Observatory for Sport in Scotland

2.      Cathy Gallagher – University of Stirling

3.      Kevin Yates – TRIB3
