New leisure facilities and name for Bourn Golf & Country Club

A multi-million pound leisure complex is set to launch at the Bourn Golf & Country Club this spring. 

The new 43,000sq ft, part of an 18-month renovation project, will include a wellness centre and conference and function rooms with views over the golf course. 

In recognition of its expanded offering, Bourn Golf & Country Club will be renamed as Cambridge Country Club.

Situated on the outskirts of the City of Cambridge, Cambridge Country Club will offer a range of experiences in its new spa, including a Himalayan salt spa, steam room and sauna situated by poolside loungers.  Other facilities in the spa include five beauty rooms, a nail bar, gentleman’s barbers and a well renowned dermatology clinic.

Additional facilities include a Pro and leisure retail outlet and a new restaurant for both members and visitors. A new wellness bar will serve healthy food and drink options to enhance the guest’s wellness experience. 

The complex will also house high-end conference and event facilities in addition to a selection of function rooms suitable for up to 300 guests.

The development will supplement the 18-hole par 72 Championship parkland course that measures 6,594 yards from the white tees.
