The brand was founded in 2017 in Australia by fitness industry veteran Cameron Falloon and specialises in progressive 50-minute functional strength, cardio and conditioning-based classes across 13 different workout programmes, each designed to reduce fat and create lean muscle. Members are also able to track their progress through the centre’s bespoke heart rate monitor system – ‘BFT³’, giving each participant the ability to compare their performance to past sessions, and ensure they are getting maximal results from each programme.

BFT Leicester will be the first site to open in September followed by a site in London.
